Designed for the modern professional performer! Inspired by the sound of a tube amplifier and using the playing possibilities created by their innovative metal core, Dominant Pro® cello strings will redefine your tonal ideals! These highly responsive strings have an airy, light sound character with pronounced brilliant overtones and a pleasantly warm and textured basic timbre. Their high modulation capacity moves with ease from fine to coarse, from brilliant to warm and saturated; their dynamic range extends from a delicate pianissimo to a rich, booming fortissimo.

The DP43 G-string has a dark, warm color with a slightly metallic brilliance. Unlike tungsten-wound G-strings, it offers slightly less modulation capacity, but has a very sustaining focus.
