Lapo Vettori (b.1984) in Fiesole, Italy, is the youngest member of the Associazione Liutaria Italiana. At an early age, he began working in his father's shop and by the age of 18 was a partner in the shop and making instruments with his own label. He has studied abroad at many notable shops and uses a wide variety of patterns in his making.
